Join our client’s dynamic team as an AIT Engineer, playing a key role in the assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) of spacecraft and payloads.

You’ll oversee and execute mission-critical ground test phases, working closely with project managers and system engineers to deliver fully tested spaceflight hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead spacecraft and payload AIT activities from planning to execution.
• Manage test teams, ensuring alignment with system schedules and requirements.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and verification strategies.
• Oversee system-level testing and act as an expert spacecraft system operator.
• Support mission commissioning, ground segment activities, and external test campaigns.
• Liaise with internal teams and external customers, contributing to design and project reviews.

What You’ll Need

• Degree/HND/HNC in engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with spaceflight hardware, integrated system testing, and verification/validation.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of EGSE, RF communications, electrical/electronic systems, and spaceflight materials.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments, including overseas travel and flexible hours.
