Application Specialist | COINS Commercial | Up to £70k DOE | Hybrid / West Midlands
As an Application Specialist for my client, you will be required to support the COINS ERP system as well as provide COINS Commercial expertise.
We are looking for a hands-on individual who can get stuck in with technical support, with a focus on Commercial and CVR modules.

As an Application Specialist for my client, you will be required to support the COINS ERP system as well as provide COINS Commercial expertise.
We are looking for a hands-on individual who can get stuck in with technical support, with a focus on Commercial and CVR modules.
Role / Responsibilities:
- Seen at the COINS lead for the company – with an initial focus on supporting CVR projects
- Take ownership of business applications for the company and provide support / solutions to relevant stakeholders
- Deliver system training to end users to improve internal knowledgebase
- Take ownership technical documentation
- Liaise with 3rd party application vendors support to ensure resolution of software incidents
- Ensuring reporting is of a high quality and accuracy
Qualifications / Experience:
- Min 3-4 years' experience working within a COINS environment
- Experience with support / implementation / upgrade of CVR
- Working at a senior level as a COINS authority / SME
Package:
- Salary up to £70k DOE
- Hybrid – once/twice weekly visits to West Midlands office
