Application Specialist (COINS)

Application Specialist | COINS Commercial | Up to £70k DOE | Hybrid / West Midlands
 
As an Application Specialist for my client, you will be required to support the COINS ERP system as well as provide COINS Commercial expertise.
 
We are looking for a hands-on individual who can get stuck in with technical support, with a focus on Commercial and CVR modules.
 
Role / Responsibilities:

• Seen at the COINS lead for the company – with an initial focus on supporting CVR projects
• Take ownership of business applications for the company and provide support / solutions to relevant stakeholders
• Deliver system training to end users to improve internal knowledgebase
• Take ownership technical documentation
• Liaise with 3rd party application vendors support to ensure resolution of software incidents
• Ensuring reporting is of a high quality and accuracy

 
Qualifications / Experience:

• Min 3-4 years' experience working within a COINS environment
• Experience with support / implementation / upgrade of CVR
• Working at a senior level as a COINS authority / SME

 
Package:

• Salary up to £70k DOE
• Hybrid – once/twice weekly visits to West Midlands office
