Application Support Analyst (COINS) | £45k - £55k | Hybrid / West Midlands
We are looking for someone with technical, hands-on COINS experience to be able to support the COINS application for a desirable construction company.
The role will involve providing application support, ensuring that issues are resolved within agreed business SLA’s or escalated when appropriate.

We are looking for someone with technical, hands-on COINS experience to be able to support the COINS application for a desirable construction company.
The role will involve providing application support, ensuring that issues are resolved within agreed business SLA’s or escalated when appropriate.
Role / Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support of COINS
- Resolve issues within agreed SLAs
- Provide training as required giving advice and guidance to ensure best practise
- Develop technical documentation and internal knowledgebase
- Log support issues and liaise with 3rd party application vendors support to ensure resolution of software incidents
- Assist with bug fixes and system changes
- Work alongside and advising internal/external IT support teams
- Assist with reporting where necessary
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience of supporting COINS ERP in a similar previous role
- Understanding of business process in a construction environment
- Ability to effectively manage system support calls via a helpdesk system
Package:
- Salary £45k - £55k DOE
- Hybrid – once/twice weekly visits to West Midlands office
