Application Support Analyst

ERP Application Support Analyst | Manchester | Up to £37k DOE

Our client is a successful construction company, based in Manchester, which due to continued growth is looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to support their business systems. 

This role will support the company’s Business Change and Transformation journey, by supporting internal staff and assisting in cross-functional projects.

You MUST have prior experience in application/ Business support and ERP/ Business systems (such as Oracle, SAP, SAGE, Dynamics, etc), be enthusiastic and approachable, with a strong focus on troubleshooting user issues.
 
Role/Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st line support of business systems
• Troubleshoot user/system issues and track to resolution
• Escalate issues where appropriate
• Assist with permanent solution implementation of reoccurring issues
• Create new users and profiles
• Maintain and update technical documentation and training materials
• Assist with IT project delivery

 
Experience/Skills:

• Previous experience in Application/ System Support
• Experience with ERP/ Business systems.
• A team player with attention to detail and adaptability to changing technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, MTA, MCSA, VCP are beneficial but not essential
