You will also provide desktop and application support across office and site locations, helping to ensure a seamless technology experience for users across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the client’s core business systems, including their functionality, users, and common issues
- Provide responsive and professional support to users, resolving incidents, requests, and queries
- Manage and prioritise support tickets through the IT Service Management (ITSM) system, ensuring SLAs are consistently met
- Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, achieving high first-time fix rates wherever possible
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and manage them through to resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation, processes, and knowledge base articles to support continuous improvement
- Perform routine system administration and support tasks
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and vendors where necessary to resolve technical issues
- Support change management processes and assist with system enhancements
- Contribute to wider IT initiatives and provide additional support as required
Skills and Experience
- Experience supporting SaaS applications, especially ClickUp, with the ability to configure and support workspaces and users
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
- High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
- Demonstrated commitment to service improvement and user satisfaction
