Bioinformatics Scientist | 3-month Contract | Fully Remote | £500 – £700 per day Outside IR35 DOE
We are currently working with a Life Science company who are on the lookout for a Bioinformatics Contractor to come and join their team.

We are currently working with a Life Science company who are on the lookout for a Bioinformatics Contractor to come and join their team.
Role:
- Analysing and interpreting biological data using bioinformatics tools, algorithms, and statistical methods.
- Manage and advance existing bioinformatics pipelines
- Creating / Adapting modules in Nexflow
- Developing and implementing bioinformatics pipelines or workflows for processing and analysing large-scale biological datasets.
- Experienced Bioinformatician, Computation Biologist or similar, with a background in developing bioinformatic pipelines and analysing scientific data
- Experience in programming and running complex analysis in R, MATLAB, Python or similar
- Advanced NextFlow experience, with the ability to adapt / create modules
- PHD in Bioinformatics, Statistical Genomics, Computational Biology or similar industry experience
- Experience optimising workflows
