Contract Business Analyst | Up to £465/day – Outside IR35 | 6 months | Solihull/Hybrid
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced with complex, enterprise-level change. Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is seeking a contractor who can support an ERP system upgrade.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced with complex, enterprise-level change. Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is seeking a contractor who can support an ERP system upgrade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with non-technical users to gather and translate requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories and clear technical specifications
- Conduct as-is/to-be analysis using Visio and support change impact assessments
- Support an ERP system upgrade and data migration at a user/change level
- Input into Azure DevOps – manage work items, requirements traceability and testing alignment
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing
- Proven experience supporting ERP projects (ideally COINS or Dynamics)
- Requirement gathering from all levels of users, especially non-technical users
- Experience working in large, enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Visio or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder management
- Up to £465/day
- Outside IR35
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in Solihull, with occasional travel to other sites
- 6 month initial contract with potential to extend
