Business Analyst

Contract Business Analyst | Up to £450 - 550/day – Outside IR35 | 6 months | Birmingham/Hybrid

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced with complex, enterprise-level change. Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is seeking a contractor who can support an ERP system upgrade. Business Analyst contract experience with either COINS or Microsoft Dynamics is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with non-technical users to gather and translate requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories and clear technical specifications
• Conduct as-is/to-be analysis using Visio and support change impact assessments
• Support an ERP system upgrade and data migration at a user/change level
• Coordinate Compliance with IT Governance
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience supporting either COINS or Dynamics 
• Understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts
• Requirement gathering from all levels of users, especially non-technical users
• Experience working in large, enterprise environments
• Good technical knowledge of Foundation IT Architecture, IT Infrastructure concepts, Business Applications, Middleware integrations.
• Proficiency in Visio or similar tools 
• Strong stakeholder management 

Contract Details:

• £450-550 per day
• Outside IR35
• Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite in Birmingham, with occasional travel to other sites
• 6 month initial contract with potential to extend
