Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst | Minimum 6 months | Circa £300-£400 per day | Inside IR35 | Hybrid | Tamworth/Rugby

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join a leading construction company to help support and implement financial and business systems including COINS ERP. This contract is looking to start as soon as possible and will be a minimum of 6 months. This role has been determined as inside of IR35. Once a week onsite at either Tamworth or Rugby.
 
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with other members of the Enterprise Solutions Team and report to the Applications Manager to support and implement projects that will result in the deployment of new and/or improved software, configurations, or functionality that will enhance operational processes and business efficiencies.

Role:

• Providing 2nd/3rd line support of core business systems
• Working to business standards, governance and SLAs
• Working with service desk teams to solve issues and tickets to resolution
• Assisting with system implementations and upgrades
• Change management and planning for system changes
• Analysing and documenting business requirements
• Developing reports and queries of applications
• Application performance and usage analysis
• Provide training, guidance and knowledge to support best practice
• Log support issues and liaise with 3rd party application vendors support to ensure resolution of software incidents
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, validate, and progress to conclusion.

 
Qualifications / Experience:

• Experience of supporting COINS ERP users in a similar previous role;
• Or experience supporting other ERPs or financial systems
• Construction/Manufacturing industry experience desirable
• Financial background/knowledge of financial processes is advantageous
• Experience managing different application platforms
• ITIL qualified desirable

• Circa £300-£400 per day DOE - Inside IR35
• Minimum 6 months
• Hybrid - Once a week onsite
