Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst | Contract | Hertfordshire | Hybrid | Inside IR35 | £500-600 per day

Do you have experience with COINS or similar ERP systems?

My client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to help maintain and deliver system changes and updates, namely for the COINS ERP system including data migration from a legacy system. This contract is looking to start as soon as possible and will be a minimum of 12-24 months. This role has been determined as inside of IR35. Hybrid working – up to three days a week onsite in Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities:

• Working with key stakeholders in gathering, documenting and interpreting business need into requirements for system migration and changes.
• Developing, managing and documenting system changes through to implementation.
• Coordinating with third party software partners; handing over business requirements for system changes and monitoring progress.
• Testing of systems and changes to ensure they meet requirements.
• Provision of third line support of business systems.
• Involvement in the migration of data between systems.
• Escalating to third party software partners where necessary and following through to resolution.
• Maintenance and configuration of systems.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Experience of COINS highly advantageous.
• Experience supporting other ERP systems or iTrent desirable.
• Technical background with experience of testing (e.g. UAT) and documentation.
• Experience of data migration.
• Excellent communication skills, being able to manage relationships with partners, vendors and all level stakeholders.
• Able to identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements to business systems, promoting best practise across the business.
• Experience working in the House Building/Construction and/or Manufacturing industries.

Package:

• £500-£600 a day INSIDE IR35
