C#/.NET (WPF) Developer | Automotive | Wymondham | Up to £40k
 
Our client, who are based on the outskirts of Norwich, are an established automotive technology company with a global client base. They are looking to add a Junior–Mid Level C# / .NET Developer to their growing development team.
 
This is a hands-on role focused on building and maintaining .NET-based desktop applications using WPF and MVVM. You’ll work closely with other engineers in a collaborative environment, contributing to well-designed, maintainable software.
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and maintain C#/.NET (.NET Core) applications
• Design and build WPF user interfaces using the MVVM pattern
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Apply object-oriented principles and recognised design patterns
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback
• Collaborate closely with the wider software and engineering teams

 
Requirements:
 
Essential
 

• 1+ years’ experience as a .NET/C# Developer
• Strong understanding of C#, .NET/.NET Core, and OOP
• Good working knowledge of WPF development using MVVM
• Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality software delivery
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
• BSc in a relevant technical or engineering discipline

 
Desirable
 

• Experience using Git or other version control systems
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
