Contract Product Manager | £450 - £550 (outside IR35) | Fully Remote | 6 months | Telecoms

As a Product Manager, you will enhance and optimise processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new procedures.
This primarily targets delivering mobile, voice, and broadband products to the SME market. Expansion into other market sectors is planned once the product range is established.
 
Product Manager Requirements:

• Experience in product management or ownership in an ISP, Broadband, Fiber, and Mobile experience is essential.
• Competent in creating new goods and systems and improving existing ones through process improvement.
• Knowledgeable about working in a vibrant startup or a busy office.
• Has a thorough understanding of telecom regulations.

 
Your Responsibilities:

• Analyse current procedures and services, pinpointing opportunities for improvement and estimating related costs.
• Take control of the delivery of voice, internet, and mobile products while putting the needs of the consumer first.
• For the present product portfolio, provide a thorough product mapping function.
• Keep up a thorough awareness of the market position of the product, including consumer perception, vendor expertise, competition analysis, and industry analyst insights.
• assist in the creation of the product strategy.
• Analyse the company's current product range and create new procedures for it.
• Make that all processes and services are appropriate for their intended use and in compliance with telecom legislation.
• To guarantee efficiency and effectiveness, review the provisioning, billing, rate evaluation, cancellation, and fee procedures.
