Digital UX Designer Contract

Digital UX Designer Contract | Initial 3 months | Flexible Rate | Outside IR35 | Fully Remote
 
We are seeking a Digital/UX Designer contractor on an initial 3 month contract to join our client, a UK-based digital agency specializing in creating innovative digital solutions, including software, mobile apps, websites, and immersive experiences like augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). Though initially a 3 month contract, there is scope for this to be extended to 6 months.
 
Key Responsibilities
 

• Collaborate with the team to facilitate workshops, helping define and fine-tune project requirements.
• Develop and refine concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces.
• Utilize design tools or HTML to create prototypes, wireframes, and visual demonstrations.
• Produce digital assets for various projects.
• Ensure the user is at the core of the design process.

 
Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital design or UX-related roles.
• Skilled in using Figma or similar design software to create prototypes, develop concepts, and produce designs.
• A deep understanding of user experience, prioritizing user needs throughout the design process.
• Familiarity with component-based design principles.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Experience with agile methodologies and understanding of software development processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries would be advantageous but is not essential.

 
Rate
 

• Our client is flexible on daily rate for the right candidate.
• Fully remote.
• Outside IR35.
• Initial 3 month contract with the potential to be extended to 6 months.
