Are you ready to help shape the future of high-speed optical applications? We are seeking an Electronic IC Team Lead to join an ambitious international team developing the next generation of optical transceivers and ICs.

They’re looking for an Electronic IC Team Lead to take ownership of the electronic IC design and layout for advanced optical and IC systems of up to 400 Gb/s, shaping technical roadmaps and strategy whilst overseeing teams of engineers.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a highly skilled electronic IC design and layout team
• Provide people management, coaching, and technical leadership
• Define product and technical specifications in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
• Select appropriate process technologies, design methodologies, and EDA environments
• Plan and execute complex IC development projects to meet performance, cost, and schedule targets
• Oversee design execution, verification, and evaluation
• Support test development, qualification, and manufacturing ramp-up.

 
Skill requirements:

• 10+ years of industry experience in electronic IC development
• Experience with high-speed IC and Optics including transceivers.
• Strong background in integrated IC, Design, RF IC design, verification, and product evaluation
• Experience with advanced semiconductor process technologies and modern EDA toolchains
