  • Cross-Functional Execution: Drive coordination across Photonics, Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Software, and QA teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks early, build contingency plans, and ensure continuous program momentum.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Lead supplier engagement with CMs, ODMs, and component vendors. Oversee qualification, performance, and supply continuity.
  • Build Management: Plan and lead engineering builds at EVT, DVT, and beyond—working closely with internal teams and external manufacturers.
  • Product Lifecycle Oversight: Ensure complete, accurate BOMs and manage ECOs across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Clear Communication: Provide concise updates and insight to stakeholders, from engineers to executives.

Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field as a minimum, master’s or PhD is preferred.
  • 5+ years in the tech industry, including 3+ years managing hardware programs or projects.
  • Proven success in managing complex projects involving:

    • Advanced electronics
    • Opto-mechanical components
    • Embedded firmware/software
  • Experience managing full hardware product lifecycles (NPI).
  • Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Expertise in supplier/vendor management (including SOW negotiation and overseas coordination).
  • Background in industries such as telecom, consumer electronics, med devices, or autonomous systems.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and PLM systems (e.g., Arena, Agile).
  • PMP or equivalent certification a plus.

What’s in it for you?
  • Salary up to $190k DOE.
  • Hybrid working.
  • Bonus 10%-20%.
