We’re looking for a Senior / Lead Developer ready to step into a hands-on leadership role and help shape a growing development team.
If you’ve delivered end-to-end web projects, influenced architecture, and mentored other developers — this could be the perfect next step.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a small, multi-disciplinary dev team
- Stay hands-on while owning architecture and technical direction
- Drive delivery standards, code quality and best practices
- Support JavaScript + C# teams across modern web projects
- Shape future processes, workflows and engineering strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Senior/Lead Developer with full-stack JavaScript experience
- Experience ideally with React, Node.js or express.js
- C# experience would be great, but not essential
- Comfortable guiding others and influencing architecture
- Experience with mentoring, coaching or small-team leadership
- Exposure to cloud, APIs and AI-enabled system integrations
- Ambition to grow into a larger leadership role over time
