Interim Organisational Change Project Manager / People Transformation Project Manager
£425 per day | Outside IR35 | 3 months 
London (3 days per week onsite) | 5 days per week contract

We are seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager to lead a significant organisational change programme for a business undergoing a period of transformation.
This assignment will focus on the planning and delivery of a restructuring programme, ensuring activities are coordinated effectively, risks are managed, and key milestones are achieved. Working closely with senior leadership and an established HR team, you will provide the project management expertise required to drive the programme through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a business-wide organisational change, People Transformation and restructuring programme.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, governance and reporting frameworks.
• Manage stakeholders across executive, operational and functional teams.
• Track programme risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure actions are delivered to agreed timescales.
• Support workforce planning and organisational design activities from a project delivery perspective.
• Ensure change activities are communicated and implemented in a structured and compliant manner.
• Produce regular progress reports for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure a smooth transition to the target operating model.

Experience Required

• Proven experience delivering organisational change, people transformation or restructuring programmes.
• Strong project management background with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Experience operating within complex business environments undergoing significant change.
• Excellent planning, governance, reporting and risk management capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively alongside HR, Legal and leadership teams whilst remaining focused on programme delivery.
• Experience of workforce transformation, organisational redesign, headcount reduction or operating model change programmes would be highly advantageous.
• PRINCE2, APM, Agile or equivalent project management qualifications are beneficial but not essential.

• Day Rate: £425 per day
• IR35 Status: Outside IR35
• Duration: 3 months
• Location: London - 3 days per week onsite
• Commitment: 5 days per week
• Start Date: Immediate / ASAP

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who has successfully delivered restructuring, workforce, organisational change or people transformation programmes and is comfortable operating in a highly visible stakeholder-facing role.
