IT Training Lead

IT Training Lead | Birmingham / Hybrid | up to £65K + car allowance + bonus

We’re excited to be working with a major UK-based organisation based in Birmingham. They’re looking for an experienced IT Training Lead to drive their IT training strategy for BAU systems, manage a team of Trainers, and ensure the successful adoption of new systems and services across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of national training programmes and play a leading role in how new technology is embraced across the organisation.

Role:

• Lead the design and delivery of IT training programmes across a large-scale business environment.
• Line manage a team of IT Trainers and oversee training resource allocation.
• Define strategy and learning frameworks to support the rollout of digital systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Cyber Security, HR, Change, and Data teams.
• Oversee the training budget, platform management and reporting on ROI.
• Ensure high standards in training materials, assessments, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in IT Training and strategy/delivery leadership 
• Proven team management experience and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, learning platforms and training delivery models.
• Experience with ERP/CRM Systems Training such as Dynamics, SAP or Microsoft technologies.
• Strong understanding of business processes and change management principles.
