Are you a talented and experienced electrical engineer looking for your next role? We are working closely with a renowned global manufacturing company. The company is looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to guide their team and propel their products to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Technical leadership, delivering innovative electrical engineering solutions and software.
- Develop, implement, and manage control systems, incorporating the latest technologies.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to all standards, legislation, and quality procedures.
- Provide technical support for sales, coordinate testing, and resolve any design challenges.
Team Management:
- Hands-on technical management, training, and mentoring of the team.
- Manage project cost, schedule, quality, and risk, providing feedback and insights.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience of Rockwell servo motion software is ideal. Alternatively, general PLC experience will be considered.
- Strong hands-on experience in the design, analysis, and testing of electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and innovative solution-building skills.
- Proven leadership and development experience with other engineers.
- Commercially aware with consideration for business risk, quality, cost, and scheduling.
Travel:
- Some UK and Global Travel is Required.
Benefits:
- Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
- Generous annual leave of 27 days plus 8 bank holidays.
