Marketing Manager | Audio / Broadcast Technology | Hybrid| Up to £70k DOE
 
An experienced and highly driven Marketing Manager is needed for a major pro-audio brand to lead marketing initiatives and advance the brand. You will play a vital role in the team in creating and executing marketing plans that stimulate revenue growth and expand market share.
 
Marketing Manager Responsibilities: 

• Creating and carrying out thorough marketing strategies to raise brand recognition and spur lead creation
• Coordinating with teams from product development, sales, and other areas to make sure that marketing and sales activities are in line
• Managing and guiding a group of marketing experts and giving them support
• Developing and maintaining engaging content for websites, social media, emails, and other marketing channels
• Evaluating and reporting on the results of marketing campaigns, offering suggestions for improvement, and calculating ROI
• Participating in tradeshows and industry events as a brand representative, networking with and developing connections with important vendors and partners
• Managing interactions with other agencies and vendors to carry out effective campaigns

 
Marketing Executive Requirements: 

• 5 years at least in a marketing management position; additional expertise in the audio or IT industries
• Powerful presenting and communication abilities
• Excellent team management and leadership abilities
• Shown data analysis and decision-making skills
• Strong familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Ability to think beyond the box and the capacity for creative problem-solving.
