We’re seeking a Product Integration Lead to drive the development and production of advanced optical products. In this role, you’ll ensure that lasers, photonic integrated circuits (PICs), control systems, and packaging come together seamlessly—meeting performance, reliability, and quality standards while aligning with market needs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead product integration from concept through production, ensuring all components meet optical specifications.
- Define production requirements and oversee packaging, testing, and qualification.
- Collaborate across laser, PIC, control, and packaging teams to close requirement gaps and enable smooth product delivery.
- Translate customer and market needs into clear technical requirements and product features.
- Oversee compliance with testing, reliability, and quality standards, maintaining documentation and benchmarks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring teams and guiding integration strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience in optical product integration and development, with a track record of bringing products to market.
- Strong technical knowledge of optical component testing, production, packaging, and qualification.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and leadership in complex technical environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with lasers, PICs, and control systems.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in optical packaging and qualification.
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or related field.
