Our client provides mission-critical systems engineering, software development, training solutions and complex program management for global defence & security, government and commercial organisations. They deliver advanced innovation across Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities, undersea systems, sensors, radar systems, command and control, combat simulation and training.
 
As Programme Manager, you will play a key role in shaping high-profile programmes, working closely with Senior Programme Manager and Deputy Programme Manager to manage customer relationships, ensuring our client remains a trusted partner for defence and intelligence initiatives. Working in a matrix structure across Programme Management and Engineering, you will help align our client's offering with evolving customer needs, growing the portfolio.
 
Skills and experience required:

• Must have worked on mission critical defence / intelligence projects
• Deep knowledge of UKIC – understanding their operational needs and challenges
• Strategic thinking – ability to anticipate second-order consequences and plan effectively
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Must have Current Security Clearance at DV level and have been born in the UK. This is essential for this role
