Our client is a rapidly scaling automotive technology company with an exciting portfolio of global projects encompassing AI and Autonomy. An exciting opportunity has arisen for Projects and Business Manager to join the team in Wiltshire. Working closely with the Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to rapidly progress into a senior commercial leadership position.

Role/Responsibilities:
- Implementing project management strategy
- Taking responsibility for schedule control, risk management and change control management
- Developing and implementing core business processes
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Supporting bids and ‘win work’ activities to help drive growth
- Proven project management and commercial/business experience
- Experience in an engineering/technical environment and understanding of technical products
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Highly organised with proven experience of managing projects to timescales and deadlines
