Regional Sales Manager | Audio / Broadcast Technology | Europe| OTE €110,000
 
A leading distributor of broadcast and production products is looking for a highly capable Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales activities across the continent of Europe. You will play a significant role in the team and be accountable for creating and putting into practice sales strategies that will gain market share and drive revenue growth.
 
Sales Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Proactive about going above and beyond to inspire and foster regional sales development.
  • Combination of new business growth and existing account maintenance.
  • Satisfy strategic and personal goals, as well as the allocated benchmarks for successful sales volume.
  • With essential individuals, establish and grow fruitful, professional connections.
  • Gain proficiency in all product lines' technical and application aspects.
  • New product launches should be managed and promoted.
  • Optimise knowledge and expertise of pertinent market segments, industry trends, and other important topics by working with marketing and other pertinent departments. To help find untapped markets.
  • Consistently evaluate, explain, and confirm the demands of your consumers.
  • Proactive CRM to keep track of accounts and contacts, opportunity details, and timely, accurate projections.
 
Sales Manager Requirements: 
  • Very performance- and results-oriented.
  • Possess outstanding communication skills and the power to persuade clients to help the company meet its quarterly and yearly goals.
  • Demonstrable performance and experience in sales.
  • Excellent use of time.
  • Background in or knowledge of the media sector, ProAV, or broadcast.
  • Excellent oral and written English language abilities, as well as assured presenting skills.
  • Insightful understanding of sales and account management.
  • Working knowledge of high-pressure sales situations.
  • Excitement, a can-do attitude, and great energy.
  • IT user competence (ideally MS Office suite).
 
Desirable Skills
  • Broadcasting experience and professional audio/video knowledge.
  • Knowledge of and connections to regional broadcasters.
  • Knowledge of broadcasting or related market activities.
  • Knowledge of broadcast workflows.
  • Having a second language is very beneficial, particularly in German, Spanish, or Russian,
