Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst | Digital Agency | Circa 50K | Fully Remote / Flexible working

We are currently working for an exciting digital agency based in Manchester who provide enterprise software solutions to a range of clients in the Fintec, Recruitment and E-Commerce sectors.
They are on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Product Team and help provide varied support across their products. They are ideally looking for an all rounder who can work alongside the Head of Product, with the scope of becoming a Product Lead in the next 1-2 years as they continue to scale. 

Role:

• Be responsible for new feature requests across all products and projects
• Understand stakeholder requirements and scope out new functionality or bespoke software product requirements
• Manage the workload and priorities of UI Designers
• Develop and document UX best practices for software products
• Manage the product Statement of Works process
• Conduct analysis to prevent bug recurrence
• Conduct system reviews for new and existing implementations
• Plan and manage releases
• Prioritize the backlog of work
• Deliver Roadmap Milestones
• Assist with new projects and identifying solution and process improvements.

Experience required

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a BA / Product role or similar, with good experience delivering software products
• Great stakeholder management with experience understanding stakeholder requirements
• Strong experience of scope definition and upselling of out of scope features
• Great understanding of the Software Development  / Delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
• Worked in cross functional teams of developers, testers, designers (ui/ux) and other product individuals.
• Great Product Backlog management
• Experience working in the Recruitment, HR, Payroll / Fintec sector would be a massive bonus
• Experience working for a start up / scale up company would be an advantage

Salary/Benefits:

• Circa £40,000 - £50,000 DOE with flexibility for the right candidates
