They are currently looking for a Senior Optical Engineer with payload experience to join their existing established team to assist in the design, assembly, integration and verification of new space projects.

They are currently looking for a Senior Optical Engineer with payload experience to join their existing established team to assist in the design, assembly, integration and verification of new space projects.
Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Comprehensive Optical Design knowledge preferably for space applications.
- Strong Optical design experience with Optic Studio (Zemax) is essential.
- Design and analysis software knowledge with SolidWorks, Ansys, SigFit, Python preferred.
- Good working knowledge or understanding of electronics, opto-mechanics and electro-optical device physics.
- Working experience with Optical Payloads (AIV) and Image Processing.
- Experience with appropriate materials and component selection, preferably within the space domain.
- Comfortable managing multiple design projects across project Lifecycle.
- Optical Ground Support Equipment experience would be desirable.
- BSc in Optics, Physics, Engineering or related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project).
