System Trainer | COINS or Dynamics | Part-Time | Fully Remote
Langham is representing an opportunity for a System Trainer to provide learning and development training for our client’s business systems (COINS and/or Microsoft Dynamics) to a range of end users.
You will need to have experience providing training on either the Dynamics or COINS system in online formats. There will be a requirement to make updates, amendments and changes to existing user documentation as part of the training programme.
This is a part-time pro rata role for hours equalling two days per week but the hours can be flexible / of your choice. You will be required to deliver online training and must be able to work remotely.
Role / Requirements:
• Provide COINS and/or Dynamics system training to a range of users
• Help with onboarding of new users
• Creation of training materials
• Updating the training environment – including amendments to user documentation
Skills / Experience:
• Experienced with COINS or Dynamics
• Experience delivering training online via Teams
• Good communication skills
• Ability to produce training material
Package:
• £47k pro rata (two days per week)
• 10% annual bonus
