Contract Linux System Administrator | 6 Months | Hybrid | Up to £500 pd Outside IR35
We are delighted to be supporting an award-winning, Ed-Tech business to recruit a Linux SysAdmin on a 3-6 month contract.
Our client has created Apps that support children to learn, in a fun and engaging way. Their product has seen great success in the UK and they are now expanding internationally.

Role / Requirements:
- Help with the setup of a bastion server
- Patching processes for implementation
- Hosts without kernel security modules enabled
- Hosts without intrusion detection installed
- Hosts vulnerable to Meltdown / SPECTRE
- ZFS and patching
- Encryption at rest
- Build a new DB server
- Ansible security improvements
- SSH configuration
Skills / Experience:
- Experienced Linux Sys Admin
- Ideally Red Hat Certified
- Good communication skills
