IT 1st line analyst | York | Hybrid working | 3month contract | Inside IR35 | Immediate start
We are looking for a IT 1st Line Analyst who will be responsible answering the phone and complete some basic IT tasks e.g. password resetaccount unlocks. This is a perfect opportunity for junior 1st line analysts or somebody looking to get involved in the IT sector and kickstart their career.
You will spend the majority of the day on the phone taking details and assigning through to the correct team so will ideally have come from a similar role with 1st line experience background.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good computer literacy
- Customer service experience
- Strong 1st line support experience
- Interest in Tech
- Willingness to learn and develop
Skills:
The Analyst will be expected to proactively manage targets and ensure effective and efficient responses in a high call volume environment and will contribute to increasing the delivery of ‘first time fixes’.
They will also need to be an excellent communicator who can support our users in a friendly, open manner. Most importantly, they will strive to offer outstanding customer service.
