We’re working with our client who is seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join their growing team. As a member of the team, you will prioritise meeting customer needs and providing a positive experience. As a BMS Service Engineer you will maintain and troubleshoots building control systems, offer energy efficiency advice, and recommend suitable products and services.

Key Duties Include:
 

• Follow safe working practices, adhering to regulations, and complying with company policies and customer requirements.
• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and adjustment of control systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Respond to customer service calls, diagnose and repair control system faults.
• Educate customers about control system features, benefits, and recommend relevant products and services.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently, aiming for cost-effective solutions and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

 
Requirements:
 

• Knowledge of Trend or equivalent products
• Technical skills to install, maintain, and repair control systems while meeting safety and quality standards.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency processes, the energy market, and our business, products, and services.
• Proficiency in using tools, equipment, and personal communication devices/computers.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and the working environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to recommend company products.
