Do you have experience with the COINS ERP system? Or maybe you have supported a similar ERP application?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Process Analyst to join an expanding company within the house building industry. This is the opportunity for you if you have prior experience helping end customers with an ERP platform, have good problem-solving skills, have an attention to detail, and enjoy working on projects from start to finish.

What will the Business Process Analyst role involve?

• The testing and installation of new COINS upgrades and modules.
• Ensuring COINS and other business processes are completely compliant and in accordance with any applicable laws.
• Serving as the first point of contact for any users seeking support for COINS and business processes.
• Analyse and assess current business systems and processes.
• Design, develop, and implement new COINS and supporting business processes across all departments.
• Document and deliver COINS and business process training to internal users across the organisation.
• Manage document management data and develop release databases.
• Collaborate with the Finance and IT departments across the business to perform COINS database searches and interrogations that provide meaningful business information as reports or excel exports.
• Some travel will be necessary, either to other offices or to the site.

Experience /Qualifications:

• Financial / IT background, within a construction environment is desirable
• Previous experience in supporting end users with an ERP Platform
• COINS ERP experience would be highly advantageous
• An understanding and ability to influence and recommend business process changes and improvements
• Managing or helping with small process change projects
• Proactive attitude and ability to quickly problem solve
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, being confident to explain process issues to all internal stakeholders
• MS office, strong in Word and Excel
