Business System Engineer | Suffolk – Hybrid working | £28K - £30K

Do you have experience using data to generate business reports or have experience working with databases?

Then this is the role for you!

We are working with a well-established PLC in the manufacturing sector who are seeking someone with 1 year of experience working in a data role to join their IT systems team! In this role, you will be supporting the company’s business systems, providing technical support, and generating data reports to be used across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-based solutions.
• Assist in the development and management of data systems.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and SAP.
• Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to provide guidance to business systems, data collection, and use.
• Provide Business Systems first-line support to users and fix issues logged within the helpdesk.

Skills and Experience:

• Understanding of ERP solutions and associated data/reporting
• Understanding or previous experience with Microsoft products – Windows, Office, Power BI, Power Apps
• Understanding of data collection, consolidation, manipulation, and analytics
• Excellent documentation and organisational skills

Salary/Benefits:

• £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
