Business Systems / Project Manager | COINS | Manchester | £70k-£80k

Our client has an exciting offering for someone who is experienced with the COINS ERP system in a project management or business systems function.  This is an opportunity to work in a lead role implementing COINS across multiple business units. You’ll be working directly with COINS and third parties to maximise the functionality and value of COINS across the business units.

This role would suit someone who wants to move forward into a Head of Business Systems role in the future. You may currently be in Business Systems Analysis, Applications Support or Project Management positions.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Support and manage the COINS ERP system
• Develop system performance and improve functionality
• Identify and adopt complimentary third-party applications, plug-ins or APIs to assist in real-time reporting
• Assist with the improvement of Cost Value Reconciliation and financial reporting capabilities
• Create and deliver system to training to the wider business
• Act as first point of contact for stakeholders and third party application vendors

Experience/Skills:

• Experience managing projects in COINS.
• Project management skills and methodology
• Experienced with reporting and data analysis
• Ability to resolve system issues or escalation where appropriate
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
