We are looking for an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale technology project. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through to implementation, monitoring and delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale technology project. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through to implementation, monitoring and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Define project delivery approach, activities and execution strategy and delivery techniques based on project context.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, schedule and budget and coordinate with programme and senior IT leadership to agree on plans and secure sign-off.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the lifecycle.
- Monitor delivery progress, quality and issue resolution and take corrective action to keep projects within agreed tolerances.
- Work closely with Business Partnering, Service Delivery, Projects & Transformation.
- Managing the day-to-day workload of team members.
Experience and technical requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of combined business, project management, team leadership and technology experience.
- Experience within the Housebuilding, Construction or Retail industry.
- Proven track record delivering bespoke/customer-built applications.
- Strong knowledge of software development practices and methodologies (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall).
- Good understanding of system integration patterns, APIs/microservices and middleware.
