Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join an expanding IT support department. You will be supporting Windows based systems, setting up and troubleshooting PC and laptop devices and administering Microsoft 365.
You will need:
- At least 12months working in an IT support environment.
- Microsoft certification
- Strong communication skills
- CompTIA-A+, BTEC Lvl. 4 in Computing or equivalent is desirable.
- Troubleshooting internal IT issues
- Software patching
- Setting up PC and laptop devices
- Administration of Microsoft 365
