Java Developer | Robotics/Automation Experience | Remote | Salary up to £60k

The Role: As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing software solutions that allow industry-leading products to operate autonomously. This role provides a high amount of independence while adhering to a pre-determined software development roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Develop SiLA-based software, encompassing device control, data management, and workflow management through web-based GUIs and cloud computing.
• Emphasize ownership, modularity, and maintainability of software components.
• Lead and contribute to the development of innovative, cutting-edge products.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript programming.
• Strong experience in developing high-level software solutions.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Degree in computer science or equivalent.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with SiLA, AniML, LIMS, and other related technologies.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies.

Preferred Software Experience (not mandatory):

• Visual Studio, Intellij IDE, Git, Azure DevOps, Maven, Gradle, Camunda.

Remuneration:

• Competitive annual salary, up to £60k depending on experience.
