Our client is a pivotal player in the Start Up and small business arena. They are recruiting for a key role that will help in the ongoing growth and successful function of the business. They are looking for an office and operations manager to join their team.
 
Core Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the efficient running of business operations and where necessary refine existing processes.
• Work to maintain an up-to-date and accurate CRM.
• Working closely with one of the founders to implement tech solutions that boost efficiency.
• Oversee compliance with processes and policies such as: GDPR, HMRC regulations, AML, and Privacy policies.
• Identify areas of potential improvement across the business.
• Take on general day-to-day office management responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Highly organised, efficient, and effective.
• A passion for working in fast paced start up environment where you can make a difference to the business.
• Experience in managing projects, operations, or a busy office.
• Proficiency in meeting both business and personal deadlines.
• Proven record in delivering projects on time.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
