Programme Manager | COINS ERP | Business Systems Transformation | Housebuilding | £70,000 - £80,000 + up to 12% Bonus | Remote

We are recruiting on behalf of a FTSE 100 housebuilder who are looking for a Programme Manager with COINS experience to join their Business Systems team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead large-scale business and technology transformation programmes across a complex enterprise environment.

Working across COINS ERP, procurement, finance and operational systems, you'll drive strategic transformation initiatives including COINS ERP implementations, upgrades and business change initiatives, alongside wider enterprise integrations, platform migrations and process improvement programmes.

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager looking to step into a Programme Manager role, or an experienced Programme / Change Manager with COINS experience.
Role:

• Leading large-scale business systems and technology transformation programmes across the Business Systems portfolio.
• Establishing and maintaining programme governance frameworks, controls and reporting processes.
• Managing multiple concurrent workstreams across business operations, enterprise systems and technology platforms.
• Owning programme roadmaps, reporting, budgets and delivery plans.
• Producing Board, Executive and Steering Committee reporting.
• Coordinating Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Technical Teams and third-party suppliers.
• Managing programme risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, driving mitigation activities where required.
• Driving business change, stakeholder readiness, communications and benefits realisation.
• Supporting COINS ERP, enterprise systems, digital transformation and integration programmes through to successful adoption.
• Working collaboratively with internal delivery teams, vendors, implementation partners and external stakeholders.

Experience Required:

• Programme Management experience, or Senior Project Management experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.
• Must have experience working in a PM, Programme or Business Change role on COINS ERP projects
• Experience delivering COINS ERP implementations, upgrades, business change initiatives
• Experience delivering ERP implementations, enterprise system migrations, software delivery, enterprise integration or digital transformation programmes.
• Experience with finance, procurement or enterprise business systems.
• Strong understanding of programme delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Strong experience managing multiple workstreams, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
• Experience operating between business stakeholders, technical delivery teams and executive leadership.
• Strong programme governance experience including Board-level and Executive reporting.
• Experience managing programme budgets, forecasting, cost control and benefits realisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills.
