Langham Recruitment is delighted to be supporting Ansible Motion, who are looking to grow their operations team with the recruitment of a project engineer/manager.

Ansible Motion is a cutting-edge company specialising in the design and development of advanced driving simulators, making it an exciting and forward-thinking workplace for anyone passionate about innovation in automotive technology. Their simulators are used by leading automotive manufacturers and motorsport teams worldwide to test and refine vehicle performance, safety, and driver experience in a controlled and efficient environment.

As a Project Engineer/manager you will assist with the planning and management of engineering projects from project kick-off to delivery. You will be responsible for reporting on the status of assigned projects and providing regular updates to the end customer and project lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project planning using various project management tools: (Gantt charts etc.)
• Forming project documentation
• Organising project tasks
• Liaising with team leads to organise any required information
• Ensuring Scope of Supply (SoS) has been achieved
• Ensuring quality standards and necessary regulations have been met and adhered to
• Communicating with customers around the world on technical aspects of their project
• Collating Engineering information and producing technical documents to be sent to the customer to describe SoS
• Responding to customer requests/questions

Key Requirements:

• Engineering experience/qualification or demonstrable experience of project management within an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in reporting on project status, ideally using project management software.
• Professional manner—this will be a customer-facing position.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS word experience
