Senior Project Manager | Digital Agency | Norwich based | £40K - £50K DOE with great progression opportunities 

We are excited to be working with a leading digital agency based in Norwich that specialise in delivering exceptional digital experiences to their impressive portfolio of clients. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team and elevate their project delivery to new heights. With an enviable client base and a strong focus on user experience, our client is renowned for using data and design to tell powerful stories that inspire change.
As part of their exciting growth plans, they are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who is passionate about understanding and interpreting client requirements, delivering work of exceptional quality, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee design and development projects, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
• Utilize both agile and waterfall methodologies to lead projects effectively.
• Provide expert advice on project management standards, processes, and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Proactively adapt to changes in project scope and business requirements.
• Create comprehensive project documentation and effectively manage project scope and budgets.

• Collaborate with senior external stakeholders. Reporting into the Delivery Director and Client Services Director.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on project direction.
• Shape the direction of projects and take accountability for their successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years' Project Management experience, with experience in managing design and development projects.
• Creative and Technical Project Experience ie, web/mobile Dev projects. Any Data Visualisation projects would be a huge plus. 
• Proven track record of leading projects using agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace (G Suite), project management software, and tools such as Trello/Jira
• Experience in writing project documentation, managing scope and budgets, and resource estimation/planning.
• Previous experience in an agency or consultancy would be beneficial
• Demonstrate a keen interest in emerging technologies and data visualization, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
