Project Manager | Tech into Rail| Remote working | Up to £50k

Our client is a scaling, award-winning company, pioneering technology surrounding workplace safety within the Rail Industry. Their cutting-edge products provide a one-of-a-kind solution, catering to some of the biggest global names within the sector.

The role:
At this exciting time of growth, they are seeking a Project Manager with previous rail industry experience to work across new and existing client sites. You will ensure a smooth, effective rollout of products and services, maintain a strong client-relationship and help plan future implementation tactics, influencing on the company’s roadmap for the future.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of the product, demonstrate its alignment with customer needs and value
• Strategically plan and executive pilots and deployments, effectively managing client demands and resource constraints
• Generate comprehensive reports, case studies, and proposals to aid pilot-to-deployment transitions
• Spend on-site time with clients for hands-on training and problem-solving

Key Requirements:  

• Strong rail industry understanding and infrastructure work expertise
• Proven track record managing demanding projects with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity of trackside safety, including risks, terminology, culture, and systems
• Sound grasp of railway terminology and safety systems
• UK Driving Licence with access to vehicle

Nice to have:

• PTS certification
• PRINCE2 or similar project management qualifications
• Safe work pack planning experience
