Project Manager | EdTech | Hybrid (Manchester) | £45,000 – £50,000 + EMI Share Options

A fast-growing EdTech company based in Manchester is looking for a Project Manager to join its expanding team.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, covering operational processes, technology, and software projects—ensuring efficiency, clear communication, and successful delivery of key initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive results.

Role Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective delivery.
• Act as the central point of contact for project communications, providing transparent updates.
• Track performance against goals, report progress, and mitigate risks.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure requirements are met.
• Champion best-practice project management tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Experienced Project Manager
• Ideally experience managing projects within Tech, software, SaaS or development
• Proven track record of delivering projects across people, processes, applications, and technology.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience with development software tools.

Desirable:

• Professional qualification (Prince2, APM, or similar).
• Familiarity with Atlassian Suite.
