Are you an organised, proactive Project Manager who enjoys improving processes, coordinating teams, and driving successful outcomes? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing technology-focused organisation working on innovative, cross‑departmental projects.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates confidently with stakeholders, and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to complex workflows. If you're adaptable, collaborative, and eager to make a meaningful impact, this could be the perfect next step for you.

Role Overview
As Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting multiple teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to scope, and to a high quality standard. You’ll work across various disciplines—including people, processes, applications, and technology—serving as the central point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders.
  • Set expectations and ensure all requirements are understood and met.
  • Monitor project quality, compliance, and documentation standards.
  • Manage change requests and adjust plans as needed.
  • Identify risks, analyse issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track project performance using measurable KPIs.
  • Report progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Oversee project budgets and ensure cost control.
  • Run post‑project reviews to support continuous improvement.
  • Champion best‑practice project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements
Essential:
  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects across multiple disciplines.
  • Ability to work with teams using modern development or collaboration tools.
  • Strong problem‑solving, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own workload.
Desirable:
  • Professional project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM).
  • Experience using Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
