Responsibilities:
- Conduct validation tests on new product designs and enhancements to current ones.
- Provide engineering assistance to both the Design Office and the Advanced Engineering Group.
- Support manufacturing processes with end-of-line testing.
- Oversee more junior staff, managing the workload of a small team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an engineering environment.
- Test environment experience.
- Understanding of vehicles and ideally parts within the powertrain system.
- Good understanding of data logging concepts.
- Methodological approach to generating and carrying out test specifications.
- Minimum of a 2.1 Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related discipline.
