This is an exciting opportunity to join the Spacecraft Operations team and take a leading role in space missions, from Low Earth Orbit (LEO) to Geostationary Orbit (GEO) and beyond. As a Spacecraft Operations Engineer, you will be involved in the entire mission lifecycle—from early development and spacecraft testing to live operations, troubleshooting, and end-of-life procedures.

As a Spacecraft Operations Engineer, you will be involved in the entire mission lifecycle—from early development and spacecraft testing to live operations, troubleshooting, and end-of-life procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mission Preparation & Development: Work alongside system engineers to define mission concepts (CONOPS), identify operational requirements, and support testing of ground and space systems.
- Spacecraft Operations: Develop and execute procedures for launch, commissioning, and ongoing operations, ensuring smooth mission execution and spacecraft health.
- Anomaly Resolution & Support: Monitor spacecraft performance, investigate issues, and collaborate with teams to maintain operational integrity.
- Customer & Ground Support: Provide training, assist customers with operational needs, and support the infrastructure of the Spacecraft Operations Centre.
- Global Collaboration & Travel: Engage with international teams, with opportunities for foreign travel during key mission phases.
- A degree in space engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of orbital mechanics, RF communications, and spacecraft systems.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle real-time mission challenges.
- Willingness to travel and support missions outside of standard hours when needed.
