They’re looking for a Support Engineer to join their growing team to work on a large scope of products.
This is a great role for a support engineer to work alongside customers maintaining highly complex hardware and software and assisting them along their customer journey.

This is a great role for a support engineer to work alongside customers maintaining highly complex hardware and software and assisting them along their customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers and systems integrators via phone and email for hardware and software issues
- Utilise remote access software to operate on client systems.
- Updating and maintaining all configuration and support records, including CRM
- Carry out installation, configuration and/or training of company products either remotely or on customer premises.
- Perform system health checks.
Skills:
- Experience with windows servers and operating systems
- Experience with PowerShell or Command line
- Build working relationships with clients.
- Strong communications skills including dace to face and on the phone.
