System Support Analyst

System Support Specialist | £35k - £45k | Bournemouth | Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced System Support Analyst, for an award-winning client of ours. Due to company growth and market diversification, they are committing to investing in its infrastructure and technology across the board.

As a System Support Analyst, you will provide an in-house system administrator role, primarily for the client's hosted applications. The role's primary focus is to specialise in their ERP's and provide ongoing system support to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolving service desk tickets for applications and documenting resolutions and actions.
• Updating and maintaining technical documents and procedures.
• Managing system reports and day-to-day system operations to help the business.
• Leading system upgrades.
• Ensuring maximum technology efficiency by onboarding, supporting and advising application users.
• Managing stakeholders and collaborating with the senior leadership.

About You:

• Ideally, you will have experience working with enterprise resource management software, such as Qube, Civica, COINS, Dynamics, Oracle or any other ERP.
• Experienced and confident in Systems administration.
• Proven ability to work within a collaborative team environment whilst taking the initiative with your responsibilities.
• Experience in a similar system support role
• Knowledge of how to support and advise a business on how to maximise its system capabilities.
