User Researcher / Analyst | Hybrid role | Manchester based | up to £45,000

We are excited to work with an innovative and engaging Ed Tech company, known for their expert-backed educational content combined with their immersive experiences and augmented reality.
They are looking for a User Researcher to join their team and lead on various Projects within the business.

The role will be focused around user research, user experience analytics and requirements analysis, to support and drive the development and growth of the platform.

Role:
Your responsibilities will be centralised on:

1. Usability Testing and Feedback Gathering: Conduct usability testing on prototypes or live features to identify issues and areas for improvement
2. User Research and Data Analysis: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to gather insights about user needs and behaviors, and analyze performance data to optimize designs.
3. Work collaboratively with the User Interface Designer to create wireframes, prototypes, and features, ensuring insights are integrated into intuitive and accessible user experiences.
4. Business Alignment: Ensure alignment between product vision and business strategy, plan and prioritize product features and updates

You will need:

• 18 months + of industry experience in a User Researcher or UX Analyst type position, ideally in Gaming, Mobile/desktop applications, software or similar technology background
• Experience conducting interviews and surveys
• Analytical and data minded
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work and product design projects.
• Knowledge of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centred design methodologies.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days a week at their Manchester office 

Salary £42,000 - £45,000
