Applications Support Consultant | Minimum 6 months | Circa £300-£400 per day | Inside IR35 | Hybrid | Tamworth/Rugby
 
Are you experienced with the COINS application?

We are looking for an Applications Support Consultant to join a leading civil engineering company to help support and implement the COINS ERP system. This contract is looking to start as soon as possible and will be a minimum of 6 months. This role has been determined as inside of IR35. Once a week onsite at either Tamworth or Rugby.

Role:

• Providing 2nd/3rd line support of the COINS application
• Resolving tickets and issues within agreed SLAs
• Implementation of new COINS modules and upgrades
• Testing of new modules and features within COINS
• Provide training and guidance to users for best use of COINS ERP
• Log support issues and liaise with 3rd party application vendors support to ensure resolution of software incidents
• Ensure that training documentation and E-learning is maintained in line with changes and upgrades.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, validate, and progress to conclusion.

 
Qualifications / Experience:

• Experience of supporting COINS ERP users in a similar previous role
• Financial background/Understanding of financial modules in COINS
• Construction/Manufacturing industry experience desirable
• Experience implementing COINS or a similar ERP system
• Experience managing IT projects

 
The Package:

• Circa £300-£400 per day DOE - Inside IR35
• Minimum 6 months
• Once a week onsite
