We are looking for a CRM Administrator to join our client’s award-winning EdTech company to assist them through a period of digital transformation, upgrades and automation to optimise revenue operations.

Your job will be to uncover areas for improvement and execute changes in order to maintain the stability and performance of their CRM (Zoho One). This entails carrying out, upholding, and supporting the business requests.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Be the data and CRM champion within the company and lead on the development, planning and delivery of new enhancements with the current CRM and surrounding tech stack
- Work alongside the commercial teams including Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to support with CRM requirements, processes and workstreams
- Manage and maintain existing automated workflows within the CRM
- Bringing data to life by creating dashboards and analytic visualisations
Skills/Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience as a CRM Administrator
- Zoho CRM experience is essential
- Experience with API integrations
- Understanding of GPDR requirements
- Experience solving issues/creating solutions within the CRM
- SaaS experience
- Project management skills
- Experience with CRM coding
- Experience working with webhooks and JSON formatted data
- Experience using BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Zoho Analytics
- Process mapping experience
